Interested to form part of Cresta Shopping Centre’s prestigious tenant mix? In order to address your interest and/or to fully present your concept to the Owners of the shopping centre we require the following information to be delivered to our offices/or to be e-mailed to our Leasing Broker, Gerda Burger as follows:

1.	Business Plan
2.	Estimated Turnover figures for the first two years should you be placed as a tenant.
3.	A one page document incorporating your background as well as an artist’s impression and vision of your store’s anticipated layout. We will revert to you on the decision of the Board regarding the pursuing of your proposal.
