Visit our Customer Service Desk, near Checkers on the upper level to purchase your gift card. Please note Cresta Shopping Centre's Gift Card may be loaded from R100 to R2 500 per card.

Rules and regulations

The voucher expiry date is now three years from date of issue. In line with the government's FICA laws, customers need to produce a valid South African (ID) Identity Document to purchase a gift card. Should guests wish to split amounts, a charge of R5.00 will be levied.

Gift cards may not be used to do the following: - Purchase goods or services over the telephone or internet. - Draw cash from bank tellers or merchant ATM’s or facilitate any other banking transactions.

Although Gift card holders will not be charged transaction fees when using the gift card, a fee of R10 per transaction will be charged if used outside of Cresta Shopping Centre.

Gift cards are not re loadable.

To obtain your gift card balance: Visit Customer Service Desk and request assistance from one of our officers. SMS your card number to 34246 or phone 083 918 7700. Standard cellphone rates apply, free minutes do not apply

Acceptance of this card remains at the sole discretion of the Center Management.

The gift card user will not receive interest on the amount registered on their card.

Defaced or damaged cards will not be accepted.

Misuse of the card constitutes fraud.

Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash.

R10 fee charge per transaction when using gift card at any other Shopping Centre.

Accepted forms of payment for purchases of gift cards are via cash, debit cards or credit cards. Check payments require a 7 day clearance period. Payments via electronic transfers will only be accepted for corporate sales.
