Cresta Shopping Centre Gift Card is the size of a credit card and it allows you CHOICE! If you are the giver or receiver of this nifty token, you afforded or are afford the ultimate gift of choice! A Cresta Shopping Centre Gift Card may be loaded from R50 to R2 500 per card.

Rules and regulations

The voucher expiry date is one year from date of issue. Gift card holders are welcome to, on the date of expiry, visit the centre’s guest’s relations centre whereby a new card for the balance will be re-issued. Should guests wish to split amounts, a charge of R5.00 will be levied.

Gift cards may not be used to: - Purchase goods or services over the telephone or internet. - Draw cash from bank tellers or merchant ATM’s or facilitate any other banking transactions.

A gift card does not have a pin code.

The gift card may be spent in stages at tenants.

Gift card holders will not be charged transaction fees when using the gift card.

Gift cards are not re loadable.

To obtain your gift card balance : Visit our centre relations centre and request assistance from one of our officers. SMS 34246 with your card number. Phone 083 918 7700. Standard cellphone rates apply, free minutes do not apply

Acceptance of this card remains at the sole discretion of the Center Management.

The gift card user will not receive interest on the amount registered on their card.

Defaced or damaged cards will not be accepted.

Misuse of the card constitutes fraud.

Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash.

Accepted forms of payment for purchases of gift cards are via cash, debit cards or credit cards. Check payments require a 7 day clearance period. Payments via electronic transfers will only be accepted for corporate sales.

N.B When purchasing a Cresta Shopping Centre Gift Card, no matter what the amount, the purchaser is required to provide the guest relations officer with their identity number.
