Cresta's Relations Centre

The Guest Relations Centre is situated at Entrance 5 A&B (Wimpy/Checkers), flanked by Cresta Jewellers, Dominiques and Browns Jewellers. Our guest relations officers cater for the needs of both South African and International tourists as well as our locals shoppers.

Disabled Facilities

Designated parking bays are provided in close proximity to all entrances to ensure easy accessibility for our physically challenged visitors.

Wheelchairs are available at our guest relations centre. Newly acquired wheelchair trolleys further render added relief and convenience to shoppers with physical disabilities. Pram and wheelchair access is possible at all entrances and disabled restroom facilities are available at Cresta Shopping Centre.

We offer the following parking :
5,975 Parking bays of which 2,500 are covered and serviced by the Pay-on-foot system.

Security

24 hour service. Security service are contracted to Isidingo Security Services and the control room is situated within the passage between Dominique’s Café and Brown’s Jewellers. Our well trained guards offer 24hr assistance onsite. Cresta Shopping Centre has security patrols 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Guards are linked via radio to a control centre from where the CCTV systems, which cover the mall and parkades are monitored.

Emergency services include medical, fire and police.
